His foundational knowledge stems from a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management from the University of Maryland’s Smith Business School.
Professionally, Leo is deeply integrated into the legal and accounting spheres, holding licenses to practice in several prestigious courts, including the United States Supreme Court. His role as the Member at Canseco Law Group LLC since June 2006 has seen him tackling intricate cases in business law, tax controversy, civil litigation, non-profit organizations, immigration, and substantial estate and gift tax planning. His prior role as Director of Forensic Accounting Investigations at FCL Law highlights his adept skills in managing high-stakes financial litigation and investigative support.
Leo’s commitment to education is evident through his tenure as a faculty member at Johns Hopkins University and Southern California University School of Law, where he educated graduate and law students in Federal and International Taxation and Corporate Taxation.
